Cyber Hiring Assessments
Assess security talent beyond a resume
The cyber skills shortage creates enough challenges in finding security talent. As employers are evaluating SOC and IR team candidates, Cloud Range’s Hiring Assessments use the Cloud Range live virtual cyber range to determine and demonstrate a candidate’s strengths, capabilities and practical skills, beyond what is on their resume.
Improve Cyber Security Hiring and Retention
Cloud Range’s breadth of candidate assessments helps organizations improve their cyber hiring process. With the ability to assess and evaluate aptitude, knowledge, skills, abilities, and judgment, you can know you’re putting the right people in the right seats. Cloud Range’s simulation-based assessments map to NIST’s NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework and the MITRE ATT&CK framework, allowing you to go beyond resumes and certifications to validate actual experience.
That gives you the confidence to know your team is ready to defend against cyberattacks.
FastTrak™ Candidate Assessments
Cloud Range FastTrak Candidate Assessments are simulation-based cyberattack exercises conducted on Cloud Range’s live, virtual cyber range. A specific scenario is either selected from the Cloud Range scenario library, or custom-designed based on a job’s specific work role(s) in the NICE Framework.
The assessment measures specific elements and timing of detection and investigation, as well as KSATs that are mapped to the NICE framework and defined work roles. A concise report is generated that includes scores, metrics, and recorded actions, allowing an employer to objectively evaluate the actual skills and abilities of a candidate.
RightTrak™ Cyber Aptitude Assessments
Cloud Range’s aptitude assessment is a metric-based analysis that identifies an individual's innate strengths and aptitude for a career in cybersecurity and matches their learning preference, personality characteristics, and skill sets with their optimal cyber work role.
